Aspirations:

            I want to become one of the most known racers in the world at the peak of motor sports which is formula one. Also, I want to continue my education by attending the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ and study mechanical engineering. I believe by studying engineering, it will help me fully understand the physics of the machine I am racing.

 

Background:

            On August 21st 2003, my family and I moved from Penang, Malaysia to Phoenix, Arizona to embark on my new racing career and education. I started racing right when I arrived in Phoenix and race at PKRA, Phoenix Kart Racing Association. The very next season, I started racing go-karts in the extremely competitive field in the IKF Series. At the beginning of 2006, I began racing a 2 liter, Ford Zetec powered open-wheel car. I have been testing hard in search of more experience. I also began racing the Stars of Karting series in the East and West.

 

Accomplishments:

            2006 –  8th place in SKUSA Supernationals in Las Vegas, NV (Tag Sr. 80 competitors)

                        1st place at the TAG World Qualifiers race at Willow Springs Kart Track

                        1st place at ProAutosports round #10 (Firebird East Track)

1st place at ProAutosports round #9 (Firebird East Track)

2nd place at ProAutosports round #7 (Firebird West Track)

10th place in Stars of Karting round #6 (32 competitors)

 

            2005 – 3rd place at International Kart Federation round #4

                        4th place at International Kart Federation round #3

                        4th place in Jr. Formula Y in IKF 2005 season

                        5th place in HPV 2 in IKF 2005 season

                        5th place in Jr. 80cc Shifters in IKF 2005 season
